About this project
This is one site in a series on the mechanics of a gambling account. Each site takes one subject, explains it structurally, and names no operator. This one is about the route a complaint travels: what each stop can decide, what it needs, and which clock governs it.
What this site is
A reference for players who are in, or about to be in, a dispute with a gambling operator — covering the escalation ladder, the evidence file, the deadlines, the routes and the realistic outcomes. It describes mechanisms: what a complaint stage, a dispute-resolution service, a regulator and a card issuer are each built to do.
It is not legal advice, it is not a service that handles disputes, and it does not tell you what your own operator's terms say. Those terms, and the licence behind them, are the documents that decide a real case, and they are published on your account.
Editorial rules
- No operator, body or regulator is named, ranked or reviewed. Not because they are interchangeable, but because they differ by jurisdiction and change over time, and a stale name is worse than no name.
- Every procedure is described as varying. Complaint routes, referral conditions, binding effect and deadlines are set by terms and licence, so each page says so and points at the place to check.
- No figure here is a rule. Timeframes and windows are given as ranges so a reader knows what to look for, with an explicit instruction to confirm the exact figure on their own account.
- Affiliate placement is disclosed on every page. One link, labelled, with the commission position stated plainly, and no claim that it changes what is written.
- No promise about outcomes. A dispute can only be about what an operator owes under its own terms, and a complaint that is decided against you is a normal result rather than a malfunction.
How it is built
The site is generated from a small static generator: one HTML document per route, one stylesheet, one SVG mark, a sitemap and a robots file. There is no runtime JavaScript at all, no analytics, no third-party embeds and no cookies — the only script tag on any page is structured data for search engines.
Every page is checked against a real HTTP origin before publication: each route is requested, and its status code, canonical URL, meta description, single heading, structured-data block, internal links and affiliate attributes are verified against what the server actually returned. The disclosure and the age and risk warning are on every page and are checked for on every page.
The risk position, stated once more
A complaint is a route to a decision about a sum of money. It is not a route to recovering money lost to play. Whatever a dispute ends in, the amounts already staked and lost are gone, and no escalation changes that — which is why the material here is written on the assumption that the reader has already decided what they can afford to lose before any of it matters.
18+. Gambling involves risk and can cause serious financial harm. If play has stopped being a choice, that is a different and more urgent problem than any dispute on this site, and free and confidential support exists in most countries through national gambling-harm helplines, for players and for the people around them.
This page carries an affiliate link to gamdom.com/r/csgo2026. If you open an account through it we may earn a commission. It costs you nothing extra, it does not change what we write, and no operator, dispute body or regulator pays for a position here. 18+ only. Gambling involves risk and can cause serious financial harm — including debt, damaged relationships and mental-health problems. Nothing about complaints changes that: a dispute can only be about what an operator owes you under its own terms, and money already staked and lost to the game is not recoverable through any route described here. Never fund play with money you cannot afford to lose, never borrow to gamble, and never deposit more to recover a loss. Free, confidential support exists in most countries through national gambling-harm helplines.
